As you prepare to return to your classroom after the holiday break, here's a tip to help set the tone for the day.
Start your day with your students with a quick mindfulness or gratitude activity to set a positive tone. For example, have them write or share one thing they’re excited about today. This will foster a classroom culture of positivity and focus.
